Body contact is really powerful. Some people never receive hugs, or don’t know how to make a handshake, or put their arms around somebody. And regardless of whether it’s a comforting motion or some sort of other body contact, touch puts you in contact with somebody else’s energy. And it’s really important because it teaches you boundaries and how to move within somebody else’s field.
